(The Complex Comprises Two Buildings):
- One High & One Low.
- Both Related To The Hotel & It’s Many Facilities.
- The Main Tower Is Separated From The Pre-existing Structure.
(To Avoid Any Conflict Between The East & The New Building):
- A Base Of Steel Trusses That Ensure Equal Distribution Of The New Building On The Existing Building.
- This Was Necessary Because The Structural Grid Of The E-Walk Did Not Match The Structural Grid Of The Hotel.
- Once Spread The Burdens Addressed The Link Between The Two Buildings Like A New Building On The Ground.
- Placing 18 Seismic Insulation That Ensure The Possibility That Both Works Move Independently.
