- 2-Story Modern Glass Center.

- Concrete Restaurant & Center Sidewalk Terrace Facing Biscayne Boulevard.

- New Construction Of A Detached MIMO Style Building Of Double Height + Rear Drive-Thru.

 

The Existing Structure Was Preserved & Renovated For Commercial Uses With:

- New Windows. 

- Doors. 

- Finishes & Vintage Signage.
