Project Scope :      Rehabilitation for adaptive re-use with partial demolition of the existing Stephan's Motel for the new construction of a 2-story modern glass                                        center, concrete restaurant and center sidewalk terrace, facing Biscayne Boulevard. New construction of a detached MIMO style building of                                        double height with a rear drive-thru. The existing structure was preserved and renovated for commercial uses with new windows, doors, finishes                                and vintage signage.
