Project Scope :    Rehabilitation for adaptive re-use of the two existing buildings facing Biscayne Boulevard and NE 63rd Street. Those two existing buildings are                                     preserved and renovated for commercial and office suites uses. Interior build-out would be performed by tenants under separate permit. Property                                 sign restorations, refinishing with use of MIMO historic colors, as well as detail improvements as part of the scope of work. The existing building                                   shells remain intact with repairs and refinishing as required, including structural framing repairs. Roofing to be patch, repaired and replaced where                               required. New roof installations at flat-minimal pitched roofs. All new impact doors and windows as per approved permit BD14-011820-001. All new                             mechanical A/C, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout.
