Status :              Permit processing. Waivers approved.                                                                                                                                                                 

Project Scope :    Demolition of existing non-contributing 2-story C.B.S. office building and construction of a new 2-story commercial/office building, with a residential                              unit, accessible roof terrace, on-site surface parking, basement (storage), and associated site improvements. Approved waivers allow for a more                                  continuous urban frontage along Biscayne Boulevard as it will seamlessly integrate the proposed building with the existing context buildings built at                              0'-0" feet along the property line, and enable us to improve the rear eastern portion of the site with greenspace in lieu of deteriorating asphalt                                       hardscape.
