Project Scope :    Construction of a new 2-story building (with storage mezzanine) in the north vacant parcel adjacent to existing 2-story commercial                                                       building, both of which share off street parking, trash enclosure and green space. The creation of a plaza between the proposed building                                             and the existing building to the south would improve the pedestrian experience to and from the parking lot to Biscayne, and would allow                                               for more active uses along the Boulevard -including seating and landscaping. Located within MIMO/Biscayne Boulevard Historic District
