Project Scope :     New Hotel connected to the adjacent George R Brown Convention Center. Hospitality - Convention Complex with 3 sky bridges and 1,200 guest                              rooms, 62 suites, and 2 Presidential Suites. A nine-story, 1,600 space parking garage is also attached. The project includes a business centre                                  with 91,500 ft² of meeting space, three restaurants, a lobby lounge, coffee bar and a fitness centre and spa.
