Project Scope :    

This Project Located Within The Historic MIMO & Palm Grove Districts.

Project Was Conceived To Host The International Furniture Showroom Of Collectania & Live-Work Residential Apartments.

(The Design Includes):

- Outdoor Exhibition Areas On The East Entry Terrace Of Biscayne Boulevard.                               

- A Two-Story Entry Lobby. 

- One Submerged Level Of Concealed Parking & Services. 

- An Accessible Rooftop Terrace. 

- Two Live-Work Residential Apartments.

Mature Landscaping & Privacy Wall Screen Are Combined With Increased Building Setbacks Along The Northern Perimeter.

The Building Sits On A Raised Podium To Set The Exhibition Areas As An Urban Stage Framed By 2-Story Glass Facades With Brise-Soleil Louvers.
