Project Scope : Exterior façade renovation of historic MIMO motel. Addition of new lobby atrium, restaurant, and site-work. The program includes patch, repair, and refinish all facades with MIMO color palette, as required; replacement of existing windows and doors with new Miami-Dade approved impact resistant products in historic wall openings. Lobby are to be demolished and replaced with double-height lobby atrium. The 1-story existing structure on Southwest corner of lot will be demolished as well and replaced with new restaurant and bar/café terrace above. A new pool and fountain in South courtyard will be built, pursuing to resemblance the original historic pool. Courtyards renovation as well as landscaping, paving and site-work improvements.
