Addition Of New Lobby Atrium, Restaurant & Site-Work.

(The Program Includes):

- Patch. 

- Repair.                                     

- Refinish All Facades With MIMO Color Palette.

(Replacement Of):

Existing Windows & Doors With New Miami-Dade Approved Impact Resistant Products In Historic Wall Openings.

Lobby Are To Be Demolished & Replaced With Double-Height Lobby Atrium.

(The 1-Story Existing Structure On Southwest Corner Of Lot Will Be Demolished As Well & Replaced With):

- New Restaurant. 

- Bar/Café Terrace Above.

A New Pool & Fountain In South Courtyard Will Be Built.

Pursuing To Resemblance The Original Historic Pool.

Courtyards Renovation As Well As Landscaping, Paving & Site-Work Improvements.
