Project Scope :     New construction for mixed-use high rise comprised of 114 Lofts Condominiums, structured parking, and street level commercial retail.Reinforced                                concrete frame with post tension slabs and MEP+F systems LEED Certified Energy Performance Standards and Materials. Over 5,000 SF of green                              space provided. Two residence towers with amenity terrace, fitness center, and roof top star gazer terrace. Commercial + Parking Podium w / 2-                                   story Commercial Liner Program including Commercial bays fronting both Biscayne Boulevard corridor and elevated garden.
