This Project Is For Remodeling & Additions To Existing Single-Family Home Located In Miami Beach, Florida.

- Existing House To Be Maintained With Refinishing Repairs + Level 1 Remodeling Of Existing Spaces.

- New Added Areas Are Less Than 50% Of Existing House Area.

- Level 2 Includes Repairs + Replacements. 

- Replacement Of Structural Wood Framing Was Required For Reinforcement & Unsafe Conditions Corrections.
