Project Scope :    

The Existing 2-Story Commercial Building Was Previously Offices & A School.

The Existing Architecture + Site Suffered From Neglect + Poor Curbside Appeal For A Miami Design District Building.

The Program Was To Transform The Building’s Character & Use Into A More Inviting Design Showroom Facility.

Including A New Third Level Special Events Space + Terraces.

(The New Architecture Creates):

- New Enlarged Bay Windows.                               

- Rust Red Mullions. 

- More Grade Level Pedestrian Storefront. 

- 2-Story Atrium Glass Lobby For Tenant Showroom Displays.

- Atrium Glass Lobby On Both Floors + Reinforces The Entire Building.

- Reinforces The New Third Floor Including New Surrounding Trellis Beams & Balconies.

- Billboard Exhibition Space Along The North & West Facades, Upper Levels.
